Thai food is all about combining bold flavours to experience sweet, sour, salty, bitter or spicy tastes in a meal. Authentic ingredients are readily available but frequently misused or misunderstood. If meat is included it tends to be shredded and fish is served whole with delicate spicing, rice and noodles to accompany, the aromas and tastes are exceptional.
