Ashtanga is a wonderfully dynamic practice that connects movement with the mind.

The class will be taught by Marie Harris and is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. Marie will offer options for different postures so that you can find a variation to suit your own body.



You will be encouraged to move safely, effectively and occasionally to challenge yourself! Concessions should buy a child's priced ticket.

This experience includes:
